Time goes by fast and the 1st year in the university became something from the past. I can’t imagine how I went thru all of the struggles by changing many things in my life both in Dubai & Toronto; nevertheless, it was a great decision that I will never regret for the huge changes that affected my thoughts & personality. I appreciate people and things more than ever before. I see things differently and question myself before anyone else for things I used to believe in yesterday but not anymore today  for numerous reasons. I admit that studying abroad not just widened my thinking, it made me calmer and gave me the strength to bear the heavy life lasting responsibilities in such a young age. Sometimes I wonder what would be the best way to deliver life experiences to whomever wants to benefit form it. The only thing I can think of it today is writing which I’ve started doing long time ago, but things must evolve and I should find other methods to deliver them.

I’m currently spending my summer vacation between my family. Having an awkward feeling sometimes for the changes that I need to cope with, yet delighted to see each one of them doing him/her things and indulging in life in a way that makes me admire them even more. May God(Allah) bless them and fill their life with happiness and successes.

Once again, inspired by the sky while enjoying my time shooting videos and allowing my self to discover the beautiful sights around that I barely give attention.

While looking at the sunset through my 3rd eye, my camera, I remembered those verses from Sourat Yassine , The Holy Qura’an:

‎وَآيَةٌ لَهُمُ اللَّيْلُ نَسْلَخُ مِنْهُ النَّهَارَ فَإِذَا هُمْ مُظْلِمُونَ ‫(٣٧)‬ وَالشَّمْسُ تَجْرِي لِمُسْتَقَرٍّ لَهَا ذَلِكَ تَقْدِيرُ الْعَزِيزِ الْعَلِيمِ  ‫(٣٨)‬

Translation:

And a sign for them is the night. We remove from it [the light of] day, so they are [left] in darkness (37).

And the sun runs [on course] toward its stopping point. That is the determination of the Exalted in Might, the Knowing (38).

في محاولةٍ مني للبحث ِباستخدامِ محركَ  البحثِ ‘جوجل’ كمحاولةٍ للاطلاع على بعضِ  المصطلحاتِ والمعلومات بصورةٍ أوسع باللغة العربية أكاد أجن من عدد المنتديات التي تظهر من بين الخيارات الأولى للمتصفح. بالرغم من قدرة العديد من هذه المنتديات على احتواء معلومات مختصرة أو مفصلة عن موضوع معين إلا أنها تفتقد للكثير من المميزات التي قد تجعلها الخيار الأمثل لقرآءة المعلومات بالعربية.  الاعتماد عليها يؤثر علينا كمستهلكين مما بدوره يؤثر في العقول العربية بحيث تعبأ بمعلومات لا قيمة لها ولو كانت صحيحة كونها تفتقر لكاتبها ومصدرها . تنتهي العديد من المواضيع في هذه المنتديات بكلمة ” منقول ” لكونها الطريقة الوحيدة التي استطاع ناشرها أن يبين من خلالها أنه ليس صاحب المقال او كاتبه ، ولكن تبقى حقوق الكتابة مجهولة كذلك.
 العديد من هذه المنتديات تضم فئة كبيرة من المراهقين والشباب ممن يجد في هذه المساحات فرصة جيدة لخلق سلسلة من العلاقات الاجتماعية من خلال المشاركة في نشر مواضيع ذات اهتمامات مشتركة . ولكن ، لمَ لا تفرض هذه المنتديات قوانين لحفظ حقوق النشر ، والكتُّاب ، والأدباء لترقية أعضاءها بدل أن تركز على الكم .

هناك مشكلة أخرى تكمن في قلة المصادر العربية مما تشكل مشكلة الرتابة في قرآءة مواضيع غالبا ما تكون مكررة على مدى الاعوام . أصبح المثقف العربي يروي شغفه من خلال الاطلاع على الكتب والمقالات العربية إن كانت توفر المعلومات التي يسعى إليها ، أو أنه باختصار يفضل البحث عن
المعلومات بلغات مختلفة.    

تحتاج المواقع العربية أن تُضَخ بمقالات حدثية صحيحة وموثوقة لتثري محركات البحث العالمية
لا ضير في أن يتعلم ” الناقل ” العربي بعض الطرق للحفاظ على حقوق الكُتاب وأفكارهم بدل نشرها ضنا منه أنه يشارك في إثراء الساحات العربية وإفادة المستهلك العربي.  يمكنه أن يحاول البحث عن المصدر الرئيس للمعلومة إن أمكن ، و إن لم يجد فليبحث عن المعلومة في مقالات أكثر مصداقية وصلاحية مع عدم تجاهل اسم كاتبها ومصدر المعلومة إن كانت من الموقع الرسمي الذي احتضن هذا البحث أو المقال .

يعتبر ويكيبيديا موقعا لا يمكن الاعتماد عليه في إجراء البحوث في العديد من الدول المتقدمة والجامعات الاكاديمية بالرغم من كون أغلب معلوماته مرتبطة بالمصدر ، ولكنها قد تكون نشرت بغير إذن المصدر وأصحاب حقوق النشر . فما بالكم بالمواقع العربية العديدة التي لا توفر أي وصلة أو معلومة لما نقوم بقراءته. 

نحتاج إلي مراكز للدراسات والبحوث والإحصاءات من جهات رسمية أو منظمات علمية أدبية غير ربحية ليتم الاعتماد عليها في كتاباتنا وأبحاثنا بالعربية .  وإلا فلا يوجد بديل غير ترجمة المصادر الأجنبية مع عدم التغافل  عن ذكر كتابها.

Couldn’t resist to grab my camera, wear a jacket , adjust the settings, and jump to my balcony without allowing my self to gaze at the beautiful inspiring sky. Playing with Photoshop + Illustrator could be really enjoyable, I couldn’t sleep last night for the numerous shapes that I enjoyed creating by drawing a single Arabic word for each shape.
